 We strive to make sure that all customers receive the high quality products they have purchased and are happy with their order. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item please let us know within 2 days after receiving the order. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns and or exchanges. We may offer sample sizes of our products so you can try them out before purchasing the full size. 

Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if their are any concerns or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive the wrong item, it must be reported within 2 days of the order delivery date. Save the original packaging, take a picture of the issue and email it to Buttasoftbodycare@gmail.com. The correct product will be sent at no cost to you.

 

Warm Weather

Please keep in mind that melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery.

The consistency of our body butter may change due to extreme heat and or cold weather experienced during transit. Softening or melting will not affect the quality of the product but, the whipped consistency may decrease. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for melted products. If melting occurs, place your body butter in the refrigerator for an hour or two to allow it to harden. It's still backed with all the nourishing goodies needed to moisturize your dry skin!

 

Damaged, Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

We cannot guarantee packages once they leave our facility. We shall not be held liable for damaged, lost, stolen or missing packages. All customers will receive an email with tracking information allowing for orders to be tracked once they have arrived at the post office for shipping. All packages shipped by USPS or UPS are insured up to $100. Customers can contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.

Soap Bars

Each batch of our soap is hand made so no two bars of soap will ever be exactly the same. Coloration and styling will vary.



Allergies

Individuals are responsible for reading all ingredients listed for each product. If you are allergic to any ingredient listed in a product, DO NOT purchase it. When using new products you should always do a patch allergy test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to our products.
